Not a good experience
I posted a review back in July. Now it’s gone. I want to make sure that I am being heard. Last, July, my mother (the patient) and I would have liked “the best” that the most prolific reviews here rave about, and we did not get it. Dr. I had seen my mom for years with no issues until the last few months. I became concerned when I heard about the most recent appointment, and so was glad when my mom invited me to go in with her to her next appointment. When I met Dr. I, she did not give us a greeting. First thing she did was ask me where the other sister was,. But there was never anyone who regularly attended appointments with mom. From the get-go, Dr. I was rude to both of us. It was obvious that she didn’t like someone else at the appointment and that she had been accumulating frustration with my mom. She gave neither of us room to give input or ask questions. She did not honor my mom. Might be a great doctor to some, but we were not treated well.Suggestion: listenThanks.

I love Dr. Ionescu! She always listens and takes time to answer questions. Always responds when I e mail through MyChart. U also had some questions on my mammogram this year and she did a video call with me. She is patient and thorough.
