I was highly recommended by Dr Yoo’s office. I called to make an appointment, they told me they would need a statement showing on time payments to my insurance before they would accept me as a new patient. I had never been asked that before, but then I explained I had been late a couple of times this year due to the very high insurance premium but I was all caught up. She said “well we all have bills which we are expected to pay on time” I was shocked and could not believe what I was hearing!

They charged me $1037.36 up front for a procedure they failed to get an auth on, breaching their contract with the insurance. 2 months later and they resubmit the claim 3 times and now said they will appeal “when they have time”, but that if it is not overturned they will not refund the portion I am owed ($804.71) because they “don’t work for free”. I now have to take them to court, after numerous calls, being hung up on by both Leslie and Erica, made cry and were told “the buck stops here”.

I had an appointment with Dr. Zipper! I know if you cancel without prior notice you have to pay 50.00. The day I was to see Dr. Zipper my husband got called into work unexpectedly and I called Dr Zippers office as soon as they opened. I live in Port St John so I could not walk, I could not afford a cab to Melbourne, and I had no way of getting there. I explained this to his office staff. Now in order to see him with my problem, his staff wants 50.00 before scheduling an app. Good bye Zipper

I was referred to Dr. Zipper through my primary doctor. I was amazed by the friendliness of the office staff and Dr. Zipper. He is truly a caring, kind doctor. He takes his time to explain the procedures he will need to do and makes sure you understand. He is gentle and apologizes if your uncomfortable. A true professional. Again, the office staff stand out as they make time for you and chat with a happy smile. This is the Doctor to go to if you have any bladder or other issues in this area.

Dr. Zipper is a real nice person. I am not so happy with the office staff. His assistant was really nice and understanding. The office manager, I think that's whovshe was and one of the receptionist rude. The manager told me there was a problem with my insurance payment ( she didn't care about the reason) and treated me like garbadge. She said she would talk to the person from my insurance co when I straightened the problem out. She never came back to talk to to him. One of the rec was rude

Hi staff is wonderful. However, Dr. Zipper final diagnosis was dangerously wrong. If I had not gone to another doctor at Florida Hospital, I would have died.
