Dr. Clayman is outstanding. He explained everything in clear terms, answered all questions, and has an outstanding staff. The UCI Urology Group expedited my appointment date, and Dr. Clayman was very personable and caring. I’m vey impressed by everyone, including Dr. Clayman, at UCI Urology.

My medical condition is deteriorating and I'm concerned that I can't get care for several weeks

Dr Clayman and his intern were outstanding. Even provided a bit off humor for me by setting up appointment suggestion for two years from now. I was very amused and pleased that they felt I'd be still alive!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

finding out about the labs required was a problem. I sent a message on the portal and did not get a response until I sent an unpleasant message.

I felt confident that I received the best care possible.

Everything was great except the parking in parking structure. Can't get into it fast and can't get out quickly.

I would like to add that from the first time I came to UCI, {staffs name removed} have been extremely helpful with all my needs. Nurse {staff name removed} had been very proactive with relaying all messages to me and also giving my messages to Doctors Ralph Clayman and {staff name removed}. I would like to emphasize my gratitude and appreciation to these two nurses who went above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend they be given the recognitions they deserve. I love Dr. Clayman. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable and caring doctor. He explains everything in detail and answers questions patiently.

Dr. Clayman and his staff were extremely generous in their time. Didn't feel, didn't make me feel that the visit was rushed in any way. They answered all my questions and Dr. Clayman went out of his way to help me on the things that I can help myself with with regard to preventing kidney stones in the future. Dr. Clayman was referred to me by my medical family. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explained procedures in a way I could easily understand. After reviewing my test, ordered additional tests so he could get a better idea of my problem, especially since I only have one kidney. I was very impressed with Dr. Clayman’s bed-side manner. He has such a warm personality; it’s like I had known him forever. Dr. Clayman comes highly recommended by me.

Adam was wonderful; explaining things, professional, and caring. I was impressed with the Fellowship Doctor. He had great skills; concerned with my care, asking important history questions, and will do well in practice. Dr. Clayman held up to his name: Grand Master! He was very warm and caring. Thoroughly explained information in words I could understand. Additional tests were ordered. So happy with the UCI team and look forward to coming back for test results and any other procedures, if necessary.

Okay, the visit with Dr. Clayman was very good. He's always wonderful to visit with and his care has been marvelous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him.

Dr. Clayman was very detailed and transparent about the procedure, and the staff was courteous.

Dr Clayman is a legend. We almost got a surgery from another urologist that would have been too risky. He saved my husband's kidney 16 years ago. Two other urologists gave him no chance. If you are debating who to choose dr Clayman is the right choice. In addition he has great bed side manners.Given that health is no#1 you can't afford to risk not seeing him for treatment. We are privileged to have met him.

Thank you for giving me the chance to give you feedback. I found everybody that I had contact with on my visit yesterday with Dr. Clayman and the week earlier for a CT scan to be exceedingly polite, efficient, and professional. Most of all I am honored to be able to see Dr. Clayman. I am perfectly confident that I have no doubt in his ability to give me the very best care and I'm very, truly grateful for the opportunity to have him as a provider and I thank you for this call.
