Great Dr who listens and explains thoroughly. Any bad reviews here would be from when he had another Dr in his office before. Dr. Rosario-Medina is one of the best Dr's I've had the privilege to speak to.

Dr Ralph Rosario Medina was my husband's doctor for several years. At the urging of our daughters, over concern about my husband, I attempted to speak to Dr Rosario several times in March, 2016. I called his office every day and left a message requesting that he call me. I was no stranger to Dr Rosario as he had been my doctor for a couple of years. He never returned my calls. I wanted to get in to see him and was willing to pay for an appointment but he wouldn't see me. I called WellCare for help but that was useless. My husband returned from his trip and April 1st, 2016 and he and I together, went to see Dr Rosario. My concern was my husband's memory loss. Dr Rosario didn't take it seriously and said "everyone forgets when they get old. How many times do I go in the kitchen and forget what I went in for." He didn't order any tests. Nothing!! Now, 3-1/2 years later, an MRI reveals long time advanced Alzheimer's. Dr Rosario is incompetent and should have his medical license taken away.

Excellent hard to believe this doctor wants judged by perhaps staff which I doubt. However ,my experience was great sits takes time with you to answer questions not like others your a number and a copay. So far will continue to see this doctor wouldn't ever change. Also thank you for taking care of me.

The rudest people I have ever come across. Even went as far as to hang up on me after screaming in my ear on the phone. Just WOW. Obviously you are all in the wrong industry. Helping others with compassion is what you seriously lack. Customer service is terrible and If you are considering going here...RUN.
