I had my first colonoscopy in Oct 2022 and didn't know what to expect. The staff at both the office for the initial visit and the day of the procedure were pleasant. I appreciated receiving the emails that allowed you to order all your prep and the frequent contact to make sure the prep was taken at the appropriate times. The procedure seemed to be quick.

FOR 30 SOME ODD YRS. HE WAS GREAT. THEN HE HIRED NEW PEOPLE, LIKE VICKIE BROWN NP AND HIS OLD HELP TAMMY. THEY GOT ME DISCHARGED FROM THE PRACTICE WITH LIES THAT HE BOUGHT. I REALLY THOUGHT HE WAS MORE INTELLIGENT, BUT HARVARD DOESN'T TEACH HOW TO FEEL PEOPLE OUT. I MERELY ASKED NP IF IT WERE TRUE THAT COLONOSCOPY APPARATUSES WERE NOT 100 PERCENT CLEAN DUE TO HOW THEY WERE MADE. IT WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS AND I WAS GOING TO GET ANOTHER ONE. WITH THAT SHE AND TAMMY TOLD DR. I SAID HE RAN A DIRTY PRACTICE. AFTER THIRTY SOME ODD YRS. HE BOUGHT THAT AND SENT ONE OF THE NASTIEST LETTERS I HAVE EVER READ. DON'T LET THE WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING FOOL YOU. THIS PRACTICE USED TO BE GREAT UNTIL IT GOT VICKIE NP . DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. IT'S ONLY CANDY COATED.

The staff was great. Very polite, professional and engaging the moment I walked in. Dr Lyons was very easy to talk to. Great bed side manners. I loved the fact that he encourages healthy eating, diet and exercise. He was very genuine, honest and listened to my concerns and that meant a lot.

Dr.lyonns is very professional and caring physician. He's very informative concerning diagnosis. The people in his office are also caring and pleasant

Dr. Lyons is a caring and informative physician. He is always thorough explaining treatment options for your medical condition. His staff, from front desk to the nurse always are cheerful and render exceptional customer service. The office that you call to make appointments needs improvement.

Dr.Lyons is a very understanding compassionate caring doctor he gave me hope and positive motivation to keep going and doing better for myself I thank him for being naturally a good person I will be a long term patient !

I was a bit nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect ! From the time I arrived until I left I experienced a positive vibe . Dr . Lyons explained everything calmly and told me what was going to happen my next appointment. Very friendly ! The nurse was very helpful and I enjoyed her vibe . The receptionist was very polite and HELPFUL ! I’m nervous for my upcoming procedure , but with Dr . Lyons there I think I’m in good hands !

Not only provided excellent GI care, but also discussed ways to eat healthy. I felt heard and not rushed at all.

The tele-visit was awesome. Dr Lyons was very informative and he listened to my concerns. He ordered test that made me feel at ease. This process was great during my time of need. I would recommend this physician to anyone that need gastro attention! Thanks again Dr Lyon for all of your help.

I love Dr. Lyons! He is an excellent doctor who truly cares about finding the cause of your illness. He patiently listens to all symptoms and works with you to find the best solution for you. Also, the office staff is excellent! I very highly recommend them.

Very caring and soft spoken. Dr. Lyons greets you with a hand shake and makes you feel comfortable during consultation as well as procedures. In which can be a embarrassing process He makes it more calming.

Dr Lyons is one of the rare dotors you come across in life that actually cares about not only the immediate problem needing his help with but is compassionate,personable and actually cares about you and your quality of life and not simply attempting to fix the one issue so many specialist do in this age. Dr Lyons has Been my Dr since 2006 when I was diagnosed with Crohns and has always been professional & understanding. He has always been there when I needed Him. I would recommend him to anyone with Gastrointestinal issues. He's the best in my experience. He explains your options for treatment Pro's & Con's.And will pick the best to fit your needs.
