Where is my W9 for 2024?
03-15-2024- seen at Edward ER by Dr Hoover. I waited 4 hours in waiting room. Was led back to room. He rushed in and completed stroke protocols. Really? After 4 hours there? His migraine knowledge was minimal. I was given the IV cocktail symptoms improved, but then worsened. Nurse came in to discharge me. She was upset when I told her my intractable pain returned. Round 2 IV cocktail. Symptoms improved and returned. Again was attempted to be discharged. I throughout this time, turned off the fluorescent lights, wore my sunglasses, shut bay door due to staff desk outside the bay door. He returned outside of the bay, and spoke loudly, “ I am not giving you narcotics”. To which my husband had to stand up and asked who is asking for narcotics, because neither of us did. I asked for a migraine medication. I was told by him, that only a neurologist can prescribe those medications…. Which is not the truth. He then asked me to pick my treatment between 2 meds. WTH? Edward hospital did nothing
