Wonderful and excellent doctor.
Dr. Fleck is caring and he listens and is ALWAYS correct in his diagnosis. He started Carrollton Orthopedic Clinic and he and his wife, Susan, have done more for the medical community than any two people I know. He is a wonderful doctor and he has a lot of experience in the orthopedic field and he is the reason many people are able to run and walk and do the things they love doing. God blessed Carroll County with Dr. and Mrs. Fleck and they were always the first when it came to fundraising and making the county a better place.
