Worst Doctor... they were rude... Please you dont go here. They are liars and rude.

The worst experience in my life They charged me in advance, $35.00 when They shouldnt charged me anything because of my insurance plan , They drew blood out of me and im still got bruised my arm , then i ask for my money back and the IDIOT!! recepcionist got me out of the place in a rude mode I already made the complaint to my insurance i hope this clinic get closed , not recommended at all , please do a favor to yuourself and go somewere else .

Trying to reach anyone at this clinic is very difficult. Someone by the name of Al was very very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He even hung up in my face. I will NEVER go nor refer anyone to this place.

By far the worst "doctor" I have ever dealt with. Every time I have been here I have had to wait at least 45 minutes with an appointment, even though it never seems like anyone else is there. The doctor is constantly having to leave for one reason or another, and the receptionist never seems to have a clue as to what`s going on. They even lost my records and denied I was a patient. In my opinion Dr. Rakiya is a contemptible human being, and should not be "practicing" medicine.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My experience in only three months with this office includes them losing my records (and lying about it when they called me at 11:30 AT NIGHT demanding that I come in for a follow-up appointment first thing the next day), forgetting instructions they had given me, hanging up on me during a call, and failing to call in prescriptions. The medical assistant wrote my test results on the palm of her hand! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Dr was okay bu the receptionist is inept and rude. She didn't complete a referral correctly and forgot to include the results. Called to explain and got extremely mad saying she had done everything correctly. Very poor service and after several attempts she still refuses to check so no referral yet

First visit there and had to wait 4 hours!!! No other patients in lobby one other patient in a room. Doctor kept leaving for a phone call over and over ND over again. It was a one man show. The check in woman, very rude, Britney was her name. She checked in, answered calls, put me back to room, took blood and kept running with phone for doc to talk, again over and over and over. I had to see her I needed refills for my medications and needed to establish a primary since my insurance changed!!!

Waited for 3 hours before I even got in. My appointment was set 2 weeks before and all paperwork was done prior to arrival THIS is the worst place. I AM LIVID (PISSSED).
