My Dad likes Dr. Patel but the office administration staff is the WORST! Today they moved my dad's original appointment to a tele-appointment. They failed to send any links to access the tele-appointment in a timely manner. Then I received an email 1.5 hours after the appointment stating that it was canceled. When I called back they could not even get in touch with Dr. Patel's office. I had to leave a message with the main office staff. My dad is an 88 year old man. He is unable to adapt to these changes at the drop of a hat. It is unfortunate that seniors are treated this way by the administrative staff. They are really doing a disservice to their patients. I hope they make it a priority to better train and manage their office staff.

Dr. Patel treated me while she was in New Orleans. She was the only one that would listen to me and my concerns. Was completely heartbroken when she moved.

My experience is very bad. I went for a thyroid treatment and she asked for some tests. She recommended to stop all my thyroid medicine. She tested in her plainsboro clinic, but did not even inform me about my results. She even did not ask for a follow up treatment. Now after 6 months when I did my physical all my thyroid level are extremely high. I never see such an irresponsible doctor in my life. I will never ever recommend anyone to her.

Dr. Patel was very knowledgable and professional. One of the best physicians that I have ever visited Initial visit was thorough and completed. She was very clear with her communications making sure everything was understood.
