A competent, knowledgeable and kind sleep doctor
Even though this was a telemedicine visit (actually it helped me out because I have care issues for my special needs adult daughter), Dr. Joseph was thorough and I always appreciate his feedback on what my CPAP machine results mean to my care. He also is a member of my church and I have seen him on many occasions (an important bonus for me).

After almost 4 weeks of trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Joseph, the Doctor Refused to see me without giving any proper explanation or reasoning. After continuous probing, I got different responses different times. Finally, I was told today that the Doctor is NOT Accepting New Patients (even though their website says they are). So, please go somewhere else. This is unprofessional and rather discriminative. Must be reported to concerned authorities.

I was falling asleep when driving and could barely stay awake at work. Dr. Joseph ordered an in-house sleep study and addressed my sleep apnea with a CPAP. The study confirmed my issue and allowed for proper setup of my CPAP machine. My life has been changed for the better as I never get tired until bed time. Dr. Joseph has always treated me well, never rushes me through and always treats me like I'm his friend. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Joseph for anyone with sleep issues.

I don't usually leave feedback on doctors, but for this one, I had to inform the public. Dr. Joseph was only interested in running me through his sleep study - TWICE. Consultation charges were double market rate. There is no best practices being employed at Sleep Matters clinic. And the office staff lacks basic client skills to boot. On a personal note, Dr. Joseph was condescending when answering my questions. Not sure what his problems are. Avoid him and his clinic.
