Thankful
All of my appointments over the past three years have been on time. I appreciate that the office values my time too.Dr. Raj has been very informative and explains my options clearly. He always reviews lab work results and highlights any concerns. It has been very refreshing to finally find a Dr. in this town that cares. The office staff couldn’t be more accommodating or friendly. The infusion suite is very comfortable and staff have been wonderful.

can't make an appt until the Dr reviews the images, so you wait 2 weeks to hear back you get a voicemail to call to make appt. The next morning you receive another voicemail, you call back that same morning and are told you can't make an appt until, you fill out a new patient packet or come by to pick it up, but I've been seen there before, well they must need new one for new condition she says. I go there within the hour to pick it up. Weird stuff doors locked, note on door to knock on a different door, I'm confused by which door to knock on. I call she says she with a patient and will come out to get me when she is done (it's 108 degrees out). Inside she tells me I can't make appt till I fill it out because she had closed out my acct because they call 3 times, if no answer they close your files. I was perplexed and upset, I said their place was crazy, threw the packet on the floor and left. What the hell kind of place is that!

I learned more about my RA at the first visit with him than I have with my two previous rheumatologist. Very happy to finally have a good rheumatologist in town. Would recommend to anyone with RA.

Felt dismissed by this physician. Despite telling him how bad my pain is, he didn't seem to care. No recommendations. Oh wait he had one recommendation. He told me I had a ganglion cyst on my bunion and to whack it with a book. And he thought this was quite funny. Very unprofessional, humiliated and laughed at by a doctor.

A most compassionate physician who cares about his patients and always asks you if you have any questions about your problems, his decisions etc. Knowledgable, helpful, kind and caring. Would recommend positively to anyone with rheumatological problems.
