Dr. Raina was a professional and waiting time was close to none, overall the experience was pleasant.

He is not qualified doctor

Disgusting Behaviour towards other people's religions. Assaulted me in the appointment as well, about my religion and mentioned how good Hinduism is. Very non-professional.

I am wheelchair bound and unable to get to the office easily. He took over when my dr retired. His staff scheduled a telehealth for a medication refill. He told me that I know too much about the disease that I have and I should find another dr to teach. A dr who is too full of himself to listen or speak to his patients is NOT someone I want in charge of my care.

The reason I haven't gone back to the practice is that even when making appointments I had to wait a minimum of on hour and a half to 2 hours before being seen. I purposely made an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. which is first appointment of the day. When I entered, the entire waiting room was filled as was down the hallway. I asked at the desk how many doctors were in considering they were full, and was told only 1. My time is valuable too and I don't stand for being treated with such disrespect. I told the receptionist to remove my name from the waitlist and I never returned. There are many other doctors to choose from who treat their patients with courtesy and respect.

He is always willing to listen and take the time to explain everything to you. He is very thorough in his routine testing

Prefer going to Medical Associates. Great people here who take the time to explain things.

dr raina is a very good doctor. he always greets you and says how are you feeling. he listens. his office staff is very accomodating and nice . i recommend medical associates to eveeryone. zthey have many locations to choose from. thank you holly naclerio

Andrew is very thorough in explaining all tests and going through my medical history. He is very professional and personable. The nursing staff are always very sweet and efficient. The receptionists always greet me with a smile.

Please trust the latest reviews. They are accurate. The reason medical costs are so high is because of doctors like this. They are only there for the money. They order too many unnecessary tests. They charge copays when they should not. They bill you after you have already paid in the office, so I learned to save my receipts. Don’t waste your time and money. There are plenty of good doctors out there. Good luck!

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's always over an hour wait, even if you're the first patient. They order anything under the sun just to increase profit margins. Even if you don't necessarily need it, they try to convince you that you do so they can bill your insurance. Every referral is within their network. The Dr. runs tests without telling the patient or clarifying why it was done. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Dr. Raina said, "I'm 56 years old, I don't have time for unhappy patients. I have people come from Brooklyn to see me, because they love me! I don't need you. You need to find a new Doctor. If you want your script filled next month you need a new office. Goodbye.". That's word for word from a "DOCTOR"! In my opinion? Classic narcissist sprinkled with a lot of judgement and misogyny. Don't expect even a simple discussion or proper care. Please go elsewhere!!!!

Really teriible experience and care. Dr. Raina did not look up from the computer during the entire visit. He did not perform a physical exam at all. He asked a few quick questions, but did not follow up on anything I said. I do not think he was listening. It appears he was interested in seeing me as quickly as possible. He was not interested in me.

DO NOT GO HERE. DR. RAINA IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR.

He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Also, I think I got COVID from his office not being cleaned properly. stay away

Terrible doctor , Terrible office. More of a business than a doctor's office. stay away. I've also never seen a doctor and office with such so many poor reviews and fake real reviews

First time patient and had a physical. Looked at my chart and went over meds and that was the end of the visit.
