They were happy to take my money but didn't actually do anything. I was barely able to finish the paperwork before I was rushed into the exam room. They made me skip filling in sections and just signing. Dr. Kalra told me I had an ear infection after looking at me for no more than 35 seconds. When I was able to see my regular doctor, it was only a wax build up causing me discomfort - no infection. So I am now left with a $500 bill for absolutely nothing for this useless doctor.

Needed a doctor on a Sunday night-- went to his Urgent Care Center. Dr. Kalra was very professional, and knew how to remedy my problem. Will use him again!

Not professional. Dirty urgent care clinic in fresh meadows. Dr looked disheveled. Wasn't pleasant to talk to or even interact with. Did not explain anything. Told us to get medications at drug store. He was too lazy to call my Medicare company to approve the medication and told us to pay out of pocket and go see our Pcp the next day. Horrible to interact with.

I took my son who got hurt with rusted nail in his foot and was in lot of pain. Dr Rajesh Kalra attended him with lot of care . He spent ample time and made us feel at ease as I was very nervous with my son's condition. He gave him the injection and my son got better within couple of days. Staff was helpful too. I thank Dr Rajesh Kalra for treating my son so well. He answered all the questions and explained us everything in such detailed way. God Bless!
