November 10 , 2024 I went to visit Dr Kakani, to treat my thyroid problems. He recommended for me to get a surgery to help with my issues. Im very happy with the way he guided me through the proccess, he made me feel confident that I was in good hands, and my fears went away. The surgery was 100% successful from the start to the end, as I am happy with my scar result. I definetly reccommend to ANYONE Dr.Kakani!

Gina Revzin, PA, was wonderful. She provided excellent care and resolved my issue in one visit. I’d been to 2 other ENTs in the past 1.5 years with no positive results. I recommend Gina Revzin without reservation.

I was looking online for an ENT near me to follow up on a recent visit to an Urgent Care facility due to my right side swollen salivary gland condition. Luckily I got a quick appointment with dr Gina Revzin. The care I received from dr Gina Revzin was exceptional. She examined me, she listened attentively to my concerns and questions and took her time to help me understand the course of treatment that would yield good results. The entire team showed professionalism; I left the dr office feeling confident from the care I received . If you are looking for a reputable doctor who demonstrates not only knowledge but care, look no further.

I am a family physician who went with my brother to see Dr. Kakani. my brother had a complicated case and Hospital course. Dr. Kakani that only has excellent technical skills, he also has the old-fashioned caring.He kept close contact with phone calls to be sure that we are all up-to-date and what is going on. Similarly, when we would meet in the hospital or in the office, he would spend all the time required to explain things.When we were required to make difficult decisions he would share his recommendation based on how he would care for his own family.His office staff are friendly and quickly get to know you. They are very accommodating when you need to get in and see the doctor.We could not have asked for more caring, and excellent doctor.

After about a year I went back to see Dr. Kakani (I like him) because I was having some issues again. Unfortunately I was only examined by a PA even though the doctor was in and greeted me in the hallway. The PA gave me a prescription, asked me if I wanted a hearing test, which I declined, I was asked to stop at the front desk on my way out and that was it.I may make an appointment again; this time I will tell them that it's a Doctor appointment and not a PA appointment.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and kindness of this doctor and his staff. This is the second issue I have seen him for, first the ear and then for a lesion on my uvula. He was spot on with diagnosis and his calmness and caring were amazing. Very calming and extremely knowledgeable. Would also like to say that Dina at his front desk is wonderful. She handled my insurance issues and was always very accommodating.

He is the best doctor. Listens carefully and gives the best possible answers to all the questions. Consulted him for my sinus problems

I took my mother to see Dr Kakani for dizziness and balance issues. Dr Kakani listened carefully to my mom’s problems and outlined a treatment plan for her including exercises. My mom followed his instructions and within a week she has noticed significant improvement in her symptoms. He is an extremely knowledgeable clinician with a great bedside manner. Dr Kakani and his staff were most helpful with my medical needs. Prompt and comprehensive care was provided. I highly recommend Dr Kakani, would never consider any other ENT unless referred by Dr Kakani. He was able to take care of my complicated problem by consulting with a colleague and between the two, I returned to an optimal level health, life changing for me. So grateful for his care.

I consulted Dr. Kakani in his office a few weeks ago for an acute ENT issue. I was given a quick appointment. The office staff was very professional, courteous and cordial. I was seen right away by Dr. Kakani. He listened very carefully to all the details of my medical history. He is very patient and has a soothing voice. Before the visit, I had learnt that Dr. Kakani is very well educated and is highly experienced ENT specialist. Additionally, during his performance of an office procedure on me, I found him to be a very skilled, gentle and comforting surgeon. After all evaluation, he unhurriedly explained to me and my wife about all aspects of my diagnosis and prescribed all the needed treatment. We were very satisfied with our visit to his office and feel fortunate about being cared for by him. We recommend Dr. Kakani highly to anyone who needs an excellent ENT physician.

I’ve been to Dr. Kakanis office 3 times and had a biopsy surgery with him. The whole process he proved to put me first. He didn’t everything in a swiftly and caring matter. Can’t ask more from him. I definitely recommend!

My husband and i have been patients of Dr. Kakani for over 10 years.Our insurance changed since last visit. Even though it says they accept it, they declined it. While making appt, I should have been made aware of this. My appointment was simple ear wax removal...not an exam or physical.Had to wait 10 days, even though I said I had clogged ear. I went to office today only to be told they don't accept my insurance. The assist went to speak to Dr. Kakani. She came back and called me into a private room to tell me they didn't take the insurance. She apologized for making me come into office, waste my time, and if I wanted the cleaning it would cost me $249.00. My co-pay is $50. The appt consists of Dr. Kakani or assistant putting drops in my ear, leave to attend to other patients, come back and remove wax. Dr. Kakani could have done the right thing and charged me a reasonable amount but chose to be greedy. He could have also told me himself! I asked to reconsider amount and told No!

Recently I requested an appointment online with Dr. Kakani’s office for the visit; I immediately got a call from the him about further details of my symptoms and an office appointment for the very next day was arranged. Dr. Kakani’s caring attitude and genuine concern was most touching. He had to do multiple tests for me on the same visit and the staff was very prompt and helpful in making sure that everything went smooth. His knowledge and ability to explain things is incredible and that made me very comfortable & relieved. He resolved my problems in almost no time. And yes, his simple yet informative & effective educational videos on many common ENT symptoms are worth watching. I certainly would want all my family & friends to receive care at LI Ctr ENT health. He is absolutely the best

I visited Dr. Kakani in January of 2021 for dizziness, ringing in the ear, balance issues and headaches. He recommended I take a hearing test and I complied. The audiologist appeared totally disinterested in doing her job and neither she nor Dr. Kakani discussed the results of the hearing test with me. I had mentioned that I had lost my hearing aids and I had an appointment to replace them. Dr. Kakini’s diagnosis was that all the symptoms would disappear if I got new hearing aids. I knew this was highly unlikely. Ultimately, I went to see the head of neurology at a renowned hospital. When the bill arrived, I was outraged to see a red stamp that declared: “ There is a 20 dollar charge for rebilling. Please pay promptly.” I called Medicare to report this egregious practice and they were not familiar with any doctors using this method of billing. I would not recommend Dr. Kakani.

I came in very worried about my overuse of Q tips and the itchiness and dryness in my ear that I had caused. The office’s audiologist very kindly and clearly explained the issue in my ears to me as well as how Dr. Kakani would take care of it. I feel really great after Dr. Kakani’s treatment! I can’t thank Dr. Kakani, or his educational videos, enough!

He takes the time to explain any question you may have, he also has done some videos that he has you look at to answer your questions, this work good for him and you by saving time for you both… helps you understand thing better as you can look them up in you tube and see them again if need be.

Dr. Kakani is a gentle, caring doctor. Does not push extra procedures. Helped me recover from years of uninterrupted itching in my ears.
