Very disappointing/ The front staff isn't well trained or afraid of the person in charge. I asked to use the toilet (needed to) before going in for my appt and was told it wasn't available for patients. (patients!) what are they using? Canceled appt and left: no choice- won't be back!

He does not explain anything about your feet except constantly annoy you with extra visits to make extra money and that you need new custom-made shoes when you just bought a pair 4-6 months ago. He either does not give you an extra pair of insoles that you need to change every 4-6 months and cuts your nails improperly and tells you to come back in 5-8 weeks to cut your nails even when he does not cut them properly.
