Dr. Alla is a great nephrologist!
Dr. Rajesh Alla has always demonstrated his patience, professionalism and kindness in helping me understand my kidney problems. He always answers my questions judiciously and gives me the corresponding reasons of his explanations. I fervently believe that his attitude as a doctor is his greatest asset because he listens to me (as a patient) and tries his best to provide the best advice!

Very thorough
Dr Raj has been helping me out with my kidneys now for a little more than a year. Although we don’t know the source of my kidney injury, he is taking great care of me to assure we are doing all we can to keep me happy and healthy!

His demeanor is very sincere, however his recommendations are NOT to save your kidney function. I hadn't eaten in 15 days and asked what I could do to get some nutrition. I asked if I could take a prenatal vitamin? He replied, "No, not that I can think of. You can drink water." I eventually left him and his disorganized staff. He then called me saying I was stupid and wouldn't last 2mos w/o dialysis. I lasted over 1 year when I left. He's mean if things aren't his way. Doesn't truly care.

Nice guy, but office in Davenport could use an upgrade and takes a long time to get an appointment. So far has done right by my family though.
