I found Dr. Krishan to be a pleasant person, his care seemed appropriate, with no concerns. However, his office is ran like a bad MEME of a DMV. The front staff are evasive in their answers to you on the simplest questions, the wait is horrendous (2 plus hours just waiting), waiting room is disgusting, the whole seen is very disrespectful of patient’s time and patient concern. A true professional office manager could really help this sh#+ show. There is a sign in the front office on the wall that says something to the effect, “DISRESPECTFUL LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED” or something like that. The reason why that is there is because after your visit you want to SCREAM at the office staff. My last visit there one man lost his cool and had a small rage fit on the staff, shortly after that another woman just walked out after being there 2 hours, before I left I expressed my displeasure and feelings of disrespect and the other patients literally clapped and gave me thumbs up. That is my honest experience.

Terrible GI doctor, look elsewhere!
My family was initially seen by this doctor 3 years ago. Due to COVID, we have not been back in 1.5 years. Prior to current visit, I asked the clinic if the doctor wanted to order any blood test or work up? Clinic gave me a lab slip and an abdominal ultrasound paper. 2 weeks later saw this doctor after waiting 90 minutes in a small clinic. He barely came in the room for less than 2 minutes, mumbled something incomprehensible under his mask and heavy accent, and then left. I asked what just happened? Is that it? Are we done? Medical assistant said he is reviewing results. Waited 15 more minutes for him. He became upset that results are not back and wrong test was ordered. Well whose fault is that? He did not acknowledge his clinic mistake and tried to pass the buck that a primary doctor could have ordered these tests. Yeah, and they are suppose to read his mind right? Very unprofessional. Terrible bedside manner. Seeking a new GI doctor. Do not come here for Dr. Krishan. He is terrible!

Terrible experience
Was told I have fatty liver disease and was told "Stop eating" not eat healthier, or smaller portions, simply "Stop eating" was not professional at all nor did he explain the condition at all. This was an awful experience.

Horrible! Waiting an hour is to long! I walked out! So if you make or have an appointment make sure you call to see if they have over did there appointments or he’s running behind. If so go somewhere else. 1 hour and not even see the dr is ridiculous!!

Very poor follow up of conditions diagnosed, or follow-up after tests completed. A patient must be an active case manager for your own medical care, appointments, research, etc. because neither he nor his staff will be. Very small office and always long wait with many people waiting regardless of time of day.

I don’t recommend this office at all, front office is rude, unorganized and you cannot understand anything she is saying. I had to wait outside the office their small waiting area was full and smelled bad, they were way overbooked.i was called in 45 minutes later to fill out forms I had already been there previous after that I waited another 30 minutes until I had enough and asked what was going on and she said I need a copay and it’s going to be over an hour to be called back I will not go back

I received a call asking me to come in to discuss my procedure results. I went into the office thinking that there was problem with my test. I rearranged my schedule for the day and went to this office and waited over an hour to see him. I had to pay a co-pay and when I finally got to see him, he said everything was fine with my test and there was no problems. I was so upset that he couldn't send an e-mail, write a letter, or even a phone call to tell me this. This was so unprofessional.

The doctor spent a total of 5 minutes with me and gave me a diagnosis after just pressing on my stomach. His diagnosis was WAY off. Office staff ranged from friendly to condescending. Wait time was about an hour in the waiting room. Definitely overbooked.
