Very rude billing employee Christina, whom I spoke with and called back less than 5 minutes after & she very firmly claimed she hadn't just talked to me. I am objecting to a $245.00 billing bc Dr. Buddi claimed he was not the right dr for my condition. Eye specialists have access to studies which can help a patient know what their condition stems from. I have miosis & mild to moderate thyroid eye disease which I told the woman making the appointment, why did she take the appointment then if he could not tell me anything about those? This doctor gave me zero information that could help me. I Googled miosis & it said that cortisol, chronic Lyme, chronic Epstein Barr, and emotional stress can cause miosis. Ridiculous that I have great health insurance but it's wasted with the Doctors like this who get lazy being forthcoming with any helpful advise or referral. They don't hesitate to take your money though. I might add, if your employee can not be more helpful, get one who can handle it.

Again, I'm aware that my eye may not be a candidate for retina rejuvenation, and that a prosthetic eye may be in my future, but there wasn't even a conversation allowed to discuss the transitioning to the process. I am realistic. This is only proof that you need to be your own advocate for any kind of health care. I will finish with I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN RETINA ASSOCIATES WITH DR. ERNST OR DR. BUDDI, NOR TOWER CLOCK WITH DR. THOMPSON. You deserve much better care than they are willing to provide. I will NOT be going back to any of them. I will continue my search for decent vitroretinal care.

Dr. Buddi has worked to save my eye. I have had several procedures & have been very satisfied. He was thorough enough to catch a rare autoimmune disease in both eyes. Treatment for permanently eliminating it is going well. I trust him and am grateful for his skills.

My experiences with Dr Buddi have always gone well, His staff are always freindly and ask if I have any questions. The practice is a little hectic at times but that is due to high patient volume. This does not bother me.

4 of the 5 staff members I came in contact with were very distant and unfriendly. Waiting areas are crowded and at times not enough chaisr to seat everyone. One of the eye tests was done in the side waiting room with everyone else watching. Waited 35 minutes between a one eye test and seeing the Dr. Appt. took 90+ minutes and actual contact with staff etc. was 15 min. max Dr. Buddi was brief and spoke very fast as if he didn't have time for you. No real personable contact.
