Went to her office for three years, hoping it would get better but hey, they accepted my insurance and were a 5 minute walk from the office. They mess up billing so often. I've had to call so many times and have had collection agencies come at me and when i call they say they'll take care of it. I haven't seen her in more than a year and just received a notice from a collection agency. Maybe they hope that all their patients are rich and will just pay for any bill that comes their way but if that were the case I would have already paid $400 out of pocket for their mistakes. She also has a horrible bedside manner and wait times are TERRIBLE. I swear I waited an average of an hour in the waiting room then 45 minutes in the examination room. Luckily my employer is forgiving. I only gave them 1 star because I've had good interactions with the nurse practitioners.

Dr. Mitelman is a very experienced doctor and very good in diagnostics. But waiting time is long. Many patients are going to her for many years and, many older people who do not mind to wait.

Fantastic office where you are treated like a client and not a number. The nurses in that office are more knowledgeable than others doctors that I've been to. Be patient if you have to wait, because clients are given personalized attention. Wouldn't you rather wait and know you will be given undivided attention in order to cure you properly?

Always makes patients wait at least half hour before seeing them. Recently told me that i have a virus and doesn't know how to treat it. while waiting for test results, to see what is wrong with me she went on vacation without letting me know what to do and who to follow up with in her absence. Does not care about her patient's well being.

DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst dr. visit I've *ever* had - a bizzarre and rattling experience. While asking about my symptoms, the nurse practitioner asked me if I had come in looking for Adderall. I've never had a nurse / doctor assume I was coming in seeking drugs v. looking to get better. I was so shocked that I actually started crying. Once I told her "no" she seemed embarrassed and apologized throughout our discussion. On top of this, the nurse had a terrible attitude and no bedside
