Dr. Rahul Sarna, MD

Dr Sarna and his staff are the best. He has managed my pain for a long time. He keeps me moving. Wouldn’t go to any one else. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough.

Of the few doctors that I consider excellent, Dr. Sarna is at the top of my list! His caring manner and knowledge about my back issues were striking from the first visit. He diagnosed my back pain problem immediately, and followed up with appropriate testing to have documentation regarding my need for a SI joint fusion to alleviate my pain. One such test proved that I needed a surgical procedure beyond his field of expertise, and so, an orthopedic spinal surgeon that he recommended recently did my surgery. After 5 1/2 years with another pain specialist, Dr. Sarna diagnosed my problem in one visit!! The surgery was done recently and the pain was immediately gone! I am excited to, again, be able to enjoy being active and doing the things I love. I see in Dr. Sarna a caring physician who desires the best for his patients, and if necessary, knows when to turn over your care to a doctor who is best for your needs. He treats you like he would a family member; how grateful I am!

Rahul Sarna, MD is a great doctor. I was referred to him after having little success with other pain management doctors or practices. Dr. Sarna was personable, listened to me patiently as I described my history and current issue. He offed options to treat but did not push me to do anything. I went ahead with suggested treatment and for the first time ever, the treatment worked. I credit this success with his skill and expertise as a physician. Having been pain free for nearly a year, I am regularly followed and feel confident in receiving treatment from him again in the future should the need arise. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any type of pain management. One big difference is that he begins with the least invasive option, which I chose, and does not push the spinal implant to be the treatment of choice as many other practices are currently doing.

I'm a retired Austin Fire Fighter I recently fell off my roof breaking 23 bones and spending 4 weeks in the hospital when I was released it was left up to me to find a Dr. I was in terrible pain I looked on line and found Dr. Sarna I have known 3 Great Dr.'s in my life but Dr. Sarna is by far the BEST I've ever known. He saw immediately the Pain I was in and we talked and he LISTENED and he then put a plan together and I followed it to the letter and now 9 weeks later I am virtually pain and medication Free. I can't Thank Dr. Sarna enough I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to My own family and anyone else in need of help he is a Dr. Who Truly Cares about his patients. THANK YOU DR. SARNA!

It has been almost 2 years since I left my first review here for Dr. Rahul Sarna. I can confidently say that not only did he help me resolve the constant pain in my upper back/shoulder area in October 2018 but I am still pain free and fully functional today in October 2020. I am also still thankful for his great skill and diligence. Thanks Dr. Sarna!

Dr. Sarna is a truly caring and listening physician. He is careful and conservative and remembers all things about you as a patient and your case. His staff, unfortunately, is the worst, even to the point of dishonesty. I would have left long ago because of the staff, except that I believe that Dr. Sarna is extraordinaire in his field.

Very professional office and staff. Timely and efficient. Fast and easy registration process. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and listened and allowed me to ask questions and set my mind at ease.

I highly recommend Dr. Sarna. He takes the time to listen to his patients, offers treatments that work and doesn't just push meds.

Dr. Sarna is very personable and ask questions about you. He takes time to listen and then offers his professional opinion. He does not rush in and rush out.
