Horrific
Dishonest. Gaslights patients. Uncaring, incompetent, disrespectful, lacking communication skills and rude. Endangers the lives and healthcare of patients.

Location location location
First of all Dr. Sharma is not in Ozark, AR she is at the VA medical center in Fayetteville. As for seeing patients I really hope not. She was acting chief and could not keep staff following policy or VA directives. Patient care is awful at the VA for most veterans but her staff are not helping make it any better. If she does see patients I would not recommend her as a leader much less a primary care physician.
