I had a 2:40 appointment and didn’t get called back until 3:45. This is the norm for my visits with him. Very frustrating. I have an outdated pap machine and I have been requesting one for years and still don’t have one. When confronted about the wait time all I heard was excuses. The girl at the front desk could care less if a customer was there or not. Haven’t received any pap supplies in 2 years. My wife and I ask about them regularly to no avail. Poorly ran business from top to bottom.

Refund of overpayment
The doctor and office were informed over 10 weeks ago of an overpayment made by me due to the inaccurate payment estimate by the office staff required at the time services were rendered and also prior to scheduling an appointment for 2 different in office sleep studies. Our insurance was billed and paid per contracted amount. Numerous calls have been made on my part to get this refund and each time I am given the run around and the buck is passed off to another staff member that never returns my call. Also after being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea the staff failed over and over to contact our insurance for the ok to schedule delivery of the device needed(by-pap). We were forced to seek another facility for his device. This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a medical office!

I've been seeing Dr. Ghuge for about 10 years. I cannot recommend him more highly. I would stop beeathing every 45 seconds or so for up to 30 seconds at a time. Using a BiPap has made a tremendous difference in my life. Sleep apnea is no joke. If you think you may have an issue sleeping, go see Dr Ghuge!

He was aggravated that my PCP changed meds he prescribed because he failed to listen to me and I was having side effects. When I went back to see him, they left me in a room for over an hour and then told me that no one could see me...even though I had an appointment and had been placed in a room and had my vitals taken. He had not listened to me at previous appointments, and because of the medications he put me on, I developed Serotonin Syndrome and could have died. I was having severe medical issues because of the medication he placed me on and refused to listen when I informed him of my concerns and symptoms. My PCP diagnosed my problem and immediately stopped the meds and advised me to get another sleep doctor. I am grateful to her and my new physician. I would NOT recommend Dr. Ghuge or his staff to anyone. His Nurse Practitioner had no bedside manner either and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Upon my first visit to Dr Ghuge I was cautiously impressed with his knowledge of sleep apnea He was arrogant but I thought maybe it was because he is very well educated in sleep apnea!! Arrogance for sure !! After many years as a surgeon’s insurance person - I am thinking he does not put everything he says and does into his medical records or his ins girl has no clue what she is doing!! But something is definitely not right when it comes to filing a claim with your insurance!!! I also got the feeling that if I was truly concerned about my health then I would be willing to pay for my treatment out-of-pocket. It seems that he thinks he knows all and is above any questions from your insurance company !! This is a huge problem but would explain why his ins girl doesn’t know what to send to get things approved. So if your ins co pays with no questions - you receive exceptional care but if they question him- GOOD LUCK YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!

I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone with Narcolepsy. Nor do I recommend any parents to take their children to him for sleep apnea.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, and I have actually gone out of my way to warn others of his malpractice. I was misdiagnosed with Narcolepsy during my 8th grade year. I had to pay $800/month for meds and he refused to write my insurance company. I was put on 6 different mood stabilizers and anti-depressants. I was hopeless and thought that I was just going to be miserable and tired for the rest of my life. I decided to get another opinion and was properly diagnosed with sleep ap.

The best doctor I've had in a long time. His explanation about my health concerns couldn't have been more thorough and accurate. His wealth of information reminded me when one part of your body is not functioning properly it can severely affect other functions of the body. The sleep techs at night were very courteous and very knowledgeable as well. After 2 weeks of using my BPAP machine I can tell all the difference in the world. I feel more like the energizer bunny. I have my life back! Thanks!
