Poor scheduling
Great medical care but absolutely terrible scheduling practices. Office opens at 8AM and my 10 AM appointment finally started at 11:15. For an insulin dependent patient, this is most discouraging and potentially dangerous. Call ahead before arriving to confirm any delay time.

After finding I had cataracts in both eyes, I needed an eye surgeon. I took a chance, not knowing Dr. Karapetian at all, and I am so glad that I did. From the moment of my first appointment to the last follow up after surgery, Dr. Karapetian has been professional, thorough, encouraging and kind. His skills are top notch and my vision has improved drastically. My life is forever changed due to Dr. Karapetian! I also need to complement everyone in this office - so polite and accommodating. Special shout out to Eliza, who made me so comfortable and prepared me for every step of the cataract procedures, before, during and after. Her positive personality is an asset to this office. I am so pleased with Dr. Karapetian and his staff and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their vision. They are wonderful!

Dr. Karapetian is extremely caring and gracious. He did both of my eyes in August (only 2 weeks apart because my vision was so bad). I am over the moon with the results of my surgery. He took extra care with the second eye as I had a horrible reaction to medication the first time, he made sure that it didn't happen the second time! He went the extra mile at every turn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his awesome staff.

Dr. Karpetian has been my eye doctor for 5 years providing standard care, emergency visits, and did my cataract surgery with singular professionalism and compassionate care. He took substantial time to listen to my pre-surgery concerns and explained complicated information in language I could understand. His calm demeanor put me at ease. He followed up with me at home. The clarity and colors were better than ever with surgery. One of the finest docs I have ever had . Chris Age 56.

Called today to verify next day appointment to ensure referral was from my primary physician so insurance would pay. Receptionist said there was no referral and that I had called them to make the appointment. She insisted that there wasn't one and if I didn't like it then I could cancel the appointment. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave out wrong information as well. Worse customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. Phone contact only. Didn't see Doctor after that.

Dr. Karapetian conducted cataracts surgery on my right eye. I was extremely please with the results as well as the process. He did three things really well: 1. Thoroughly explained the process and choices regarding the new lens. I was able to make a decision that suited my lifestyle. 2. His work was excellent and my vision is excellent. 3. He provided a post surgery chart that was easy to follow and I did not miss an eye medicine application over the post operation period.
