I was referred for a consult with her PA at first who was AMAZING. I was scheduled an endoscopy with DR Batool. When I met her before the procedure she kept asking me over and over if I smoke weed. My symptoms were vomiting episodes and stomach pain no appetite for 2 years at that point. Summer of 2019. I tell her No. She said are you sure? Why? Because I am a young female? After endoscopy my follow up visit one month later she said she doesnt see any issues only a hiatal hernia and ummflamation.. couldnt offer any other tests to help me. She told me its my anxiety meds I was on that I only started 9 months prior. I've been sick for 2 years. Not my issue. She kept saying to change my meds. She would NOT LISTEN TO ME. I walked out of her office crying. Fast forward I have been seeing a new DR since September and have found as a RESULT of my weightloss I have SMA syndrom. My intestines are obscured. And I now have a diagnosis. Do not waste YOUR Time with any advantage care doctor!

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Batool. I had issues with logging on and initially was highly frustrated. It was actually not any fault of the Dr. or her staff. They called me and walked me off the Tech ledge and we got underway. I continued to have Tech issues. The Dr. repeatedly called my cell phone until we settled on using my home phone. She called me on that line and we proceeded smoothly. I am an active researcher and pore over countless articles in regard to potential cause of illness that align with my symptoms. She was extremely patient with me as I asked about multiple angles for potential diagnosis. I have had pancreatitis so I am paranoid about all things pancreas. She assured me that was not my issue. What a relief! She steered me toward FODMAP to soothe my IBS symptoms and set me up for tests and follow up. Oh to boot, I read her my CT report from the ER which she documented with aplomb. Highly recommend this caring, highly intelligent and personable caretaker.

I’ve been having discomfort and pain in my stomach for weeks. I choose Dr. Batool because she was in network and Acpny gives a really hard time if you see a doctor outside of Acpny. My husband and I waited 20 minutes before a receptionist even acknowledged us. She was extremely rude, did not look me in the eye and did nothing for my pain. She was unsure if her location even had radiology, which how does she not know? She tried to prescribe me an extremely dangerous medicine for my nausea and did nothing else. No one was at the reception desk after the appointment for another ten minutes for me to make a follow up appointment so I just left. Do not waste your time, she is awful.
