Saw this Dr at West Marion ER Tuesday 04-04-2017 and feel he is incompetent. He attempted to remove a kidney stone from my meatus with forceps, no anesthesia, forcing a catheter inside my urethra and causing me tremendous pain. He refused to call my urologist stating; " no urologist would come to the ER for something like this". I had to have surgery for this Tuesday 4-6-2017 and my urologist was very upset with what Dr Palacios did and was going to West Marion at end of day to complain.
