Always friendly and probably more knowledgable regarding other medical specialties than any other of my doctors. This helps when you have several medical issues, where a doctor with a wide spectrum of knowledge is more helpful in prescribing medications and treatments that are compatible with multiple affectations. Will always spend whatever time is needed to treat your condition and make sure you understand his reasoning, without treating his practice like an assembly line.

Dr Fletes is an excellent and caring doctor. He doesn’t hurry you and continues to ask questions to give you the best diagnosis. He follows up with tests and has his patients best interests at heart. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. His office staff and nurses are very helpful and pleasant.
