Terrible staff... they charge you to come and then they charge you to get the results. Nasty office don’t go here if you want quality service.

Went in with ear infection Dr D went way beyond and found a deeper chronic infection and modified the mess and duration to knock it out. I other doc has been this thorough. Highly recommend he is also a nice guy who is easy to tap with.

Had the worst experience of my life with Dr. Delaflor. He yelled at me because of a failed drug test, all while I was trying to tell him that had to be a mistake. Spent a while in the room crying & asking for a way to prove it, all while he is treating me like a lying drug addict. He eventually tested the urine again & I passed with flying colors. I went to check out & was telling the tech I couldn't believe that happened & dr f comes out yelling, calling Me a liar & a manic in front of everyone

Not likely to recommend Dr. Dela Flor - Weis after several years as his patient. I found a high likelihood of errors in my paperwork and records after each visit. The wrong tests would be done and have to be re-done.. then the details and wrong... and if you complain there is retaliation and you get a three hour wait the next time. You make an appointment and wait three hours. By the way... 3 hrs in an emergency clinic by definition gives you a cold or the flu. Go in healthy and go home sick

Probably one of THE WORST doctors I EVER been to! He told me my medical condition wasn't real and that it was made up! Because of my medical condition I have a history with having to take pain medication. He accused me of being an addict, and said he was concerned about me buying heroin off the street. I also have a history with an eating disorder, and as a result don't weigh myself. Against my wishes, he revealed my weight to me, even after I distinctly told him not. I pain cash to see him...

Great care and extremely nice staff. Nice to have a Dr. actually take the time to get to know you. Cares about his patients and there well being .
