I am 71 years old and I underwent surgery for a bilateral inguinal hernia, this was my first surgery in my life and I had a certain fear mainly because of my age, I already had an operation and I have an excellent recovery and I must say that I received excellent treatment and attention from Dr. Azuaje and his staff both in the consultation and in the preparation of the surgery and the surgery itself. I highly recommend Dr. Azuaje since he is a professional

Impressed! Saw Dr. Rafael Azuaje because of paint when training. Got a same day appointment when I emailed his office. He diagnosed 2 hernias. I had surgery 5 days later. Consultation, surgery and after care were seamless. He is always available to answer questions via email or phone. Very impressed! Highly recommend him! Best surgeon, hands down.

Not only did Doctor Azuaje do a fantastic job , He made my experience so relaxing and stress free. He is one of the few Doctors who actually answers the phone in his office. All my questions were answered .. I always felt comfortable moving forward with my procedure. My umbilical hernia was so easy to go through. Wish he did other procedures . Highly recommend him.

Dr. Azuaje is one of the best Surgens in Miami Florida. He very well explained all the process which make me feel so confortable. I was walking two hours after my inguinal open surgery with no complications. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Azuaje, that is why I highly recommend him. Thank you Doctor.

an absolutely perfect experience and I would go out of my way to recommend Dr Azuaje. The doctor in addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, is extremely patient as well and you NEVER feel rushed. For someone entering into surgery, this is very comforting. Don't consider any other Doctor if Hernia surgery is needed.

I wanted to wait a few months after my operation to proceed with the review according to the results achieved. I can only have good words from Dr Azauaje, both personally and professionally. The result of my operation has been 100% satisfactory, the pre-surgery process was highly professional and didactic. I want to add the honesty that he showed with the return of a few hundreds that were overpaid. A highly recommended professional.

We took my handicapped brother to Dr. Azuaje for a second opinion and it was the best possible decision we could have made. Dr. Azuaje was extremely pleasant, caring, and thorough. He was also totally attentive to my brother's needs and his follow up care was outstanding. Indeed, the experience of having Dr. Azuaje's expertise benefit my loved one was reminiscent of the professional and humanitarian reputation which doctors fostered "back in the days."

ALDO Jul 03, 2018 'Great doctor, the best i have ever met, the surgery was successfully completed, service was exceptional, is very hands on patients to the point that he answers the phone personally. Spoke to me directly, even on weekends, I believe he is one of the best when as far as hernia surgeries are concerned. He has been doing these procedures for many years on end, giving him more experience than any other general surgeon relating to hernias. I would strongly recommend this doctor.'
