Not seen by any Doctor after 2 hrs wait

We have wait 2hrs, left from the office not seen by the Doctor. Unprofessional Staff. Totally Mess!!!

They are all for money. The treatment was wrong. Upon my visit she asked if I want to do cosmetics stuff since they offer those in their clinics. Less a doctor and more of a businessStay far or be ready to get ripped with no cure or care.They scheduled an appointment first - cancelled to reschedule 2 weeks far saying she had an emergency (emergency is going to happen on a future date??) what nonsense. The whole thing seems like a scam

BEWARE!!! This office is horrible. The front desk is a hot mess! Don’t expect to get your lab results or referrals and paperwork handled effectively. Expect to wait over a hour for your appointment while they charge patients $35 if your late even one minute over 20 minutes. Expect to wait over a month for an appointment then you get to your appointment and don’t even have the doctor you were expecting. Expect for the PA’s to handle all of your appointments. Don’t need a major surgery and expect them to get your referrals and paperwork submitted accurately. Expect to deal with incompetence from the front desk and rude personnel. Expect to have the worst medical practice experience ever. Never expect them to take responsibility for their mistakes and wrong doings. Do not ever go to this office. Be warned. I will be submitting a complaint to the Texas Medical Board.

It was awful. I left with my 90 year mom, after waiting and hour and 15 minutes. (We were 15 minutes early),

I have been Dr. Vayani patient for about 4 years now. Taylor, one of Dr. Vayani's front desk receptionist, has always been so helpful and cheerful. Taylor took the time to remember my name, so every time I come in to get my twice a week allergy shots; she always greet me with a smile. I hope Dr. Vayani don't loss her as an employee. I've been seeing Dr Vayani and staff for a few years now. Doctor is sweet, caring and very knowledgeable. PAs and nurses are also very helpful! Beautiful office too!

The wait time is always phenomenal, I had some issues that I needed to see dr vayani quickly. She always takes the time to listen and hears me. She genuinely cares about her patients

The staff is terrible I have not gotten my test results. I had several tests done and finally had to call and get the results my self. Don't tell the Doctor that the staff is not doing their job she basically kicked me out. I would never recommend her. Terrible patient care.

Dr Vayani diagnosed my problem immediately which was diverticulitis. She prescribed medication which worked and have not had a problem since. My husband now sees Dr Vayani as well. I highly recommend her.

There is no doubt Radhika is good doctor but the front desk is terrible. I took my father here at 1020am as he had appointment 1030.As soon as I spoke to receptionist, lady was you missed your appointment and we need to reschedule. I was like execase me it's 1020am ..Then she was ..appointment was 10 am.I showed her paper where it's written 1030am.Then she asled us to wait and since then we been waiting and now it's 12pm.What a bs.They haven't even said sorry for their mistake.Terrible ..

I really like Dr Vayani. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. What prevents me from recommending her is the staff. They are nice enough but it has taken me at least 15 phone calls to them to get my prescriptions called in and since I have an HMO I have to get referrals to a specialist. It has truly been a nightmare to get that accomplished. The staff is most definitely a reflection on the doctor. It's a shame because they will ultimately lose her patients.

We love Dr. Vayani!!! She is kind, she is knowledgeable, she listens, and she is a delight to see! We've had a few struggles with her front office staff, but she is so wonderful that we still glowingly recommend her!

She has the worst bedside manner I have ever come across. I have given her so many chances to be a better physician, but each time she fails miserably. Wait time is awful (ex. 45 minutes-1.5 hours), making appointments is awful( ex. hang up, don't come back on the line, don't book the appts.) returning calls rarely happens(2 wk.-still waiting). She is not helpful when you need her help. Please don't go to her if you want a skilled and caring Dr.
