Dr. Radha Patnana, MD

On call dr at the office I go to. Barely let me get a word in and and was rude over the phone so I couldn't even get out why I was calling. Just kept saying call in the morning. I hung up on her. Shouldn't treat patients so disrespectful.

Dr Patnana is the most condescending, judgmental, mean Dr I have ever seen. Read all the reviews. It's true. I called for a refill of some medication I use for hot flashes. Not a controlled prescription at all. She called me back asking where I was getting my refills (I had recently transferred dr's because of change of insurance. I had numerous refills from my previous dr.) She asked if I was seeing other dr's for this medication, was very accusatory, belittling, it made me feel like I was a criminal. I need to trust my dr and my dr trust me. It was the most awful interaction with a health care provider I have ever had. It left me in tears. I did feel better that I was not the only one she has done this too. However, someone who treats their patients like this should not be in healthcare!!!! Never Never again with her.

Please visit her ONLY if you have a cold. If you have pre existing health issues or disabilities, you will leave your appointment frustrated or crying because it is the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced! She will refuse to treat you if she doesn’t agree with your lifestyle choices and make you jump thru hoops for things other docs will simply accomplish. Especially regarding pain, chronic or otherwise. No patience, compassion or genuine curiosity.I know of at least one other person who experienced similarly and the many reviews on various sites are telling. Unfortunately my previous doc, who was the best and no longer practiced in the area, recommended her. Wish to say more but not worth it. Please find another primary doc for your sanity.

She made me feel like a complete idiot for having symptoms. I went in for my first visit with her to ask one small question about a medication and she completely ignored it and instead questioned everything already in my chart as if it shouldn't be there and how dare I come to the doctor with a health issue. It sounds dramatic but I literally left the office in tears. There's also now information in my medical chart that is false because she either misunderstood what I said or wasn't listening to begin with. If you have no health problems ever then maybe she's fine. But if you have any existing health concerns no matter how small, run far far far far far away.

Acted like she didn’t want to be there. Said my body will heal itself. I asked her to refill my script I take daily and she said I had to call even though I was in the office. 1 week and still waiting for my meds.

Worst dr appt I have ever had! You would think at a new patient appt, she would try to be friendly but she acted like I was wasting her time and she was rushing me. It's not fun to be rushed during a pap smear either. Ugh DO NOT USE HER!

I would never recommend Dr. Patnana! She is heartless and has the worst bedside manner ever! I know of 3 other people who saw her and said the same thing! She must have missed the class on "treating people the way she would want to be treated". I don't know how she keeps any patients!

I have had Dr. Patnana as my GP for many years. She has always been very knowledgeable, kind, and listens very well. Those are qualities that are hard to find in todays world.

yes, My wife and I have been her patients for over 10 years. I recently had Covid and she got me right into St. Luke's and everything is getting better. She's great!

This woman should not be in any field that deals with the public let alone medicine! She is argumentative, arrogant and dismissive. She spent more time fixing her clothes and looking down at herself then listening. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Kind, listens, professional, takes time to get to know me as a patient. Communicates clearly and follows through.

Dr. Patnana is an extremely intelligent doctor. She thoroughly listened to my symptoms. She asked me questions in a kind manner and let me respond. She sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy before leaving the room. My only complaint is my wait time. I was still waiting for her 30 minutes after my appointment time. In her defense, I did make my appointment that day, so it’s a huge possibility they squeezed me in. But, as sick as I was feeling 45 mins was rough waiting.

The worst doctor on the planet, very aggressive, arrogant and make you regret you visited her. I was very sick and in sharp pain, and she started yelling at me disrespectfully. RUN AWAY, even if you know you are dying do not go to her she has a very bad character and does not care about patients but she should consider that we (patients) bring the bread and butter to her table!! She does not deserve any penny that goes to her.

Basically makes you feel badly about coming there when you're sick and acts like you're making it up. She was in the room with me for 5 minutes literally, told me my body would take care of it, and sent me out. The biggest waste of my time and copay. I am switching doctors and practices immediately.

She doesn't seem to care much about what we have to tell her. When I was tell her what my wife pain is, she look at you like you're dumb and don't know what you're talking about. I had to ask my wife OB/GYN for answer, since Dr. Patnana doesn't have a clue. We came back a 2nd time for the same problem, which she send us away the 1st time saying she was fine, and she still have an attitude. So I end up driving my wife to urgent care instead. There's good Doctor in this facility, but just not her.

She was informative and communicated clearly. Her comforting and approachable attitude was refreshing.
