I'm on a controlled substance that I can only receive once every 30 days. I have to notify her when I need a renewal. I give her over 10 days notice that I need a new prescription. The pharmacy can see my request but they can't full it unhook she signs of on it. She can't even be bothered to that and allows me to go without my medication, no matter how many times I call or try to contact her.
