My recent visit to an urgent care facility left me disappointed and frustrated with the doctor's lack of assistance. Their disinterested demeanor and lack of attentiveness made me feel like just another patient to be processed. Moreover, their inability to accurately diagnose and address my condition, coupled with poor communication skills, left me feeling unheard and failed as a patient. Overall, this doctor's performance fell short of expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of the urgent care facility.
