Dr. Rachel Shakofsky, MD

Dr. Shakofsky is truly one of the best Pediatrician's I have ever encountered. I switched to her with our third child and we are so glad we did. She actually sits and listens to what you have to say, is hands-on and so knowledgeable. Our old pediatrician was great, but I didn't really realize what I was missing out on until we switched to Dr. Shakofsky. We actually see Dr. Shakofsky for our appointments, not a different doctor every time and she is really thorough. She caught an ear issue with our youngest that if gone undetected she would have permanent hearing loss. I also want to mention she has an amazing partner and NP as well. We feel like we actually have a relationship with the staff and they know who we are. I truly can't tell you how amazing of a doctor she is and how lucky you will be to have her a part of your child's life. It isn't often you find such an amazing doctor with such a wonderful bedside manner.

We love Dr. Shakofsky and couldn’t be more grateful that we chose her to be our pediatrician. She helped to diagnose our son with a congenital heart defect at 15 months that had not previously been detected. And she has provided us with the most excellent care as we have navigated through that diagnosis and are now preparing for his second open heart surgery. We will never be able to thank her enough for all that she has done for us.
