My experience with Dr. Rachel Osborn and the Seasons OBGYN office was horrible. I called initially due to spotting and cramping in my pregnancy making me worried something was wrong. They refused to make an appointment for me then, but conceded to doing HCG blood testing. Front desk staff gave me incorrect medical advice - saying to take one med but then called and said that medication actually wasn't safe. The blood tests came back confirming it was non-viable (Dr. Rachel Osborn didn't speak to me at any time in this process even though I begged for any sort of assistance), and they told me to miscarry at home with an OTC med- this ended up being impossible because I had an ectopic pregnancy and I could have passed away without intervention of a different OB at the emergency room. When I told a nurse in her office how upset I was because we lost the baby after 4 yrs of trying, she said, 'Well have you tried IVF?' If you aren't a happy pregnant person, expect to be kicked to the curb.

I tell everyone to go to her!
Simply the best. I have been going to her for 6 years, including one pregnancy (and one more on the way). She takes time to listen to your concerns...and always asks about your overall well-being, not just directly related to OBGYN. I recommend her to all my friends...and especially friends with teenage daughters. I WISH my first gyno appointment as a teenager had been with someone like her.

Dr. Osborn was amazing during the whole experience. It was my first child and I felt so comfortable, and taken care of the whole 9 months, through delivery and postpartum. Her assistant Melissa is great as well! My pregnancy was so good, and I have Dr. Osborn to thank for that. The office staff was so nice and welcoming every visit. I highly recommend this place if you would like an overall great experience bringing a new life into this world!

Once the client was bought out by another company the quality of care plummeted quickly, nurses speak sharply, billing chaotic and kept my overpayment for 1 year before refunding me, they told me my surgery was confirmed & approved by my insurance company and made me pay over $500 only to find out from the hospital that Dr Osborn’s office had not sent the correct paperwork in time for surgery the next day. 3 months ago and no one has called me to reschedule! OK doctor, terrible clinic.
