The staff is just as important as the doctor
I've been very nervous about calling to schedule an appointment for a follow-up and I finally got the nerve up because there was some findings in the last appointment and the women who answered the phone was rude put me on hold and then the call dropped or she hung up and did not call back I'm very disappointed

Went for an annual exam. I do not have the covid vaccine due to religious beliefs and she was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. I advised I did not want to discuss the subject any more and she kept pushing it and would not drop the subject, and still forcefully gave a flier. Will not go back due to me feeling extremely uncomfortable with her.

She was less than concerned for the care of me or my growing baby. I went in due to high and anxiety and depression and left feeling worse due to her callous and monotone attitude. I had explained to her that through all my stress and anxiety I had also loss 10lbs at 6mths pregnant. My weight loss was persistent the entire pregnancy, but that wasn’t her concern. With all that information she told me that my weight loss was controllable and simply shrugged me off. I never felt so small and broken as I did that day. I immediately terminated her as my physician because I could not have someone with such a cold heart deliver my child. Turns out I had hypothyroidism that cause weight loss and depression and anxiety. It took an ER dr who cares to determine that. I was suppose to be on medication and seen my a high risk dr, but due to the time wasted with a cold hearted unconcerned dr I loss that opportunity. I would never recommend her to anyone who wants to have a dr with a warm heart and c

Dr. Lusby has been my OB through 3 pregnancies, and I love her! She is attentive to details, and even though she saw me though 3 pregnancies she always explains everything thoroughly. She is fun and has a great sense of humor, and makes the delivery room a fun party to be at!

Shes rude and fake doesn't care about patients only about her paycheck She looked irritated when explaining things to me and I just felt like I was takeing her precious time away or something. I went to her 1 time and Im not going back im looking for a new OB Please dont go to her shes not a good person.
