Excellent! She listens and generally cares about her patients. Sansum is lucky to have her and I hope they realize how valuable she is she. Both my daughter and I are patience of her and would not want to be seen by anyone else!

Don’t bother calling, says she takes new patients online, but new patients don’t get booked till August 2019. On top of it, I live an hour away and they won’t book my wife and I on the same day. I would never recommend this doctor. Could not get appointment with her for 8 month. Decided to not take new patients on the fly. Rudeness of office staffs.

will not recommend at all, Never will get a appointment with her for all reasons they redirect to urgent care and with any non medical questions it takes a while till an answer is heard

In my 85 years, 30 of them as a nurse, I have been a patient of many and worked with many doctors. Dr. Rachel Kernoff is one of, if not the best, I have ever known She not only keeps me healthy but saves me time and money. I have never waited even a few minutes to be seen when I arrive for my appointments. When I ask for a particular medication, she explains why it would not be good for me and how the problem should be handled by changing something in my life style. She is always right.

She is very kind & wants to hear your worries concerns. She'll take you step by step through a treatment plan to get you where you want to go. I really appreciate Dr. Kernoff & her views on my healthcare.

Dr. Kernoff is great! I have seen her twice and both times there was almost no wait (didn't even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room the second time!). She is professional, courteous, listens to my concerns, and expertly answers my questions. I would recommend her.
