Dr Hailey is very helpful and takes care of my whole family

From the staff to the doctor herself, everyone was efficient, courteous and wholly engaged in my visit. For the first time in a long time, I felt that Dr. Hailey was a Primary care physician that would be involved in my whole spectrum of care in an active manner. Very down to earth and thorough.

I am amazed with each office visit I have with Dr, Hailey. Dr. Hailey is always very thorough in her exams and follow up. The visit feels almost as though I am the only patient she needs to see during the day. She takes the time to listen and respond to my concerns and condition. It is usually difficult to get an appoint with her if one is not made in advance. I believe she is only M.D. in the office. She will always arrange a last minute appointment with a nurse practitioner however and if the nurse finds a need she will consult with Dr. Hailey immediately. I have never experienced a primary care doctor more pleasant, more attentive or professional than Doctor Rachel Hailey.

Dr. Hailey always spends plenty of time with me when in the office. She is very thorough , patient & always answers all of my questions. She is very personable & easy to talk to. If needed, she doesn’t hesitate to send you to a specialist. I love having her as my doctor.

Dr. Hailey is the best!!!!! She is kind, caring, and truly listens. I never have to wait at my appointments. I highly recommend her!!

I had my 1st telehealth visit Dr. Hailey last week. It was very nice, because I didn't need to be physically checked,so it worked out really well.

Excellent doctor, she cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to them and do her very best to answer questions and help them any way she can. The whole office staff is friendly and professional.

She is very friendly, patient, and caring about you. She is also very knowledgeable and exercises her professional judgement accurately. She respects everyone and makes you feel like not just a patient but also a friend. Our whole family members are her patients right now as we trust her very much!.

My visit to Dr. Hailey and her office was, as always, a pleasant and highly professional, caring experience. Her staff from entry to making the next appointment is wonderful, with a caring team. Dr. Hailey has been my primary for many years as well to my mother. I haven't ever been cared for by a more talented and caring physician , EVER! Dr. Hailey takes care of the patients entire picture including her patients life and overall well being. She is the ideal family physician, talented, a caring heart and and overall family physician everyone deserves .

As always, the most professional Dr. I have ever had. She is quick to discover problems I have and has never proscribed an action to fix it that did not work. She is a true and caring Dr. who really cares about her patients. A truly great healer!

Office found time to squeeze me in due to absence of usual providers. Needing help with getting a different prescription than ER had suggested. In midst of critical diagnosis and needing prescription quickly. To the point and helpful getting things worked out.

Dr. Hailey has been my entire family’s primary care physician for many years. She is an amazing doctor, knowledgeable and caring. I trust her implicitly. Her staff is great and very responsive when I call the clinic. I’ve also seen the two NP’s in the clinic and they are great as well. Highly recommend this clinic!

Rachel Hailey is probably the most caring and knowledgeable Dr. that I have ever had for my family care physician. She takes the time to explain your health issues and a plan of how she is going to help you deal with them. Her referrals, if needed, are always with a Dr. that is of the same high quality that she is! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great family care physician. She will always have you best interest at heart.

Can I just say, she is by far the best physician I have ever had and I have had several over the years.. She is always busy but takes time out of her busy schedule to always get back to me in a timely manner. She is great at what she does and I am appreciative that she always puts me first..
