It has breath of fresh air working with Dr. Gallen. She is a one of a kind doctor! She is patient, empathetic and provided helpful advice on the next steps in my elderly fathers medical care. She even called our neurologist directly to ensure we had a next day follow-up appointment. I am blown away by her professionalism expertise and assertiveness. Thank you Dr Gallen.

The best physician experience I have ever had. I am so gratefull to have found her! We have been to three specialists without a clear answer as to why my child was so sick. One appointment with Dr Gallen, a few questions and she figured out exactly what was going on. She gave me a thorough and easy to follow treatment plan. Within a week my child stopped wheezing and we were able to stop albuterol treatments all together. Dr Gallen is brilliant, kind and empathetic. We have found a gem!

Visiting Dr. Gallen was an excellent experience. She was very knowledgeable, displayed excellent bedside manner and I felt very welcome to ask questions about my toddler, while at the same time she took the time to do a thorough job. I will definetly recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Gallen gave me and my toddler a very positive doctor experience. She gave a spot on diagnosis and treatment plan, while allowing us to feel calm and confident in her care. She is knowledgeable in her field and approachable, allowing for good communication and trust. I left our visit with all of my questions answered.

As She spoke to me as though I was incompetent and treated me as though I was a bad mother. I work at two major hospitals in Atlanta and if ever witnessed a provider speak to a patient in this manner I would write them up Immediately. Maybe because I wasn’t in my professional attire she looked down on me and spoke to me as though I was ignorant. My advise to her, emotional intelligence courses and some compassion!!
