I would like to express my utmost gratitude to the entire surgical team, led by the exceptional Dr Frank, for the outstanding care I received during my meniscal repair op. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by the staff. The team's attentiveness and support throughout the entire process made me feel safe and well-cared for. Their dedication and expertise, combined with the Dr Franks skillful hands, resulted in a successful operation and a smooth recovery. I am very grateful for their collective efforts, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional care. I am able to finally get back on track and do things that I wasn't able to do for quite sometime. Thank you once again.

I hurt my knee and Dr. Frank got me in to see her right away. She listened to me as I explained my symptoms and got me in very quickly for an MRI. She and her entire team were understanding and efficient. I highly recommended Dr. Frank .

Dr. Frank and Kevin are so knowledgeable on treatment for knee and shoulder treatment. From the start, the whole team were very responsive with scheduling as well as questions after my visit. During my visit, I felt heard and they took the time to explain in detail my imaging and what we needed to do next to help with my knee pain. It was a seamless process for future treatment that was recommended. I will be returning to Dr. Frank for any future knee or shoulder injuries in the future.

Dr. Frank and her team did great work in my surgery and continued to be great to work with afterwards. They expertly repaired my ruptured distal biceps tendon, were helpful in the rehabilitation process and were responsive to my questions as they arose both before and after surgery. As a result, my arm is on its way to being as good as new. Highest recommendation.

Best way to describe Dr. Frank: she shows up, fully, for every patient, at every level, from beginning to end. From the moment you meet her to the moment she officially 'graduates' you from her care, she and her staff are fully preparing you, pulling for you and partnering with you to help you get your life back. Not only is she an exceptional, brilliant and caring physician. She understands what you are going through as a patient and that empathy shines through along with her brilliance and exceptional skill as a physician. I was fortunate to witness all of this as she and her team helped my husband get back to what he loves to do.

Incredible care from start to finish! Dr. Frank took time to understand my goals and make sure the treatment plan met them. She and her entire team made surgery and post-op care so easy and I felt like they all truly cared about me as a person and a patient.

I had surgery on my knee with Dr. Frank which included: IOBP (intraosseous bioplasty) proximal lateral tibia, bone marrow aspiration and concentration, and revision partial lateral meniscectomy. From our initial contact through all visits and procedures leading up to surgery, surgery, and post-op visits, Dr. Frank, Kevin Shinsako PAC, and the rest of her team have been exceptional. My recovery from surgery was amazingly fast. I only needed pain pills for one day, and had a range of motion that my physical therapist described as astounding only three days after surgery. Recovery and the resulting gain of function have been swift. I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Frank took time to listen to me, answer my questions thoroughly, and provide exceptional care. I had a previous, unsuccessful, surgery on the same knee last year, so I have a good basis for comparison. Highest of recommendations.

This past December (2019) I suffered a broken collarbone that needed surgery. Dr Frank and her incredible team took such excellent care of me before, during, and post surgery. Everyone was kind, attentive, communicative and all had a sense of humor. Everyone. The surgery itself went exceptionally well. I had my followup check up in July 2020 and the results/healing are simply fantastic. I thank each and all of the people she surrounds herself with. Thank you.

Dr. Frank and her team do fantastic work. They are extremely professional and talented. Full ACL repair, they didnt know what shape the Meniscus would be until the time of procedure. When they found out they did the Meniscus Root Repair. Their communication throughout this experience and follow up after the surgery have been great. Would recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Dr. Frank and her staff have been incredible to work with. They have been so helpful and encouraging every step of the way, and they know their stuff! I partially tore my ACL and meniscus but I appreciated that they didn't rush me to surgery. We tried non-invasive options first since often times you don't need surgery for a partial tear and then we made the decision to operate when I wasn't able to progress to 100%. I trusted Dr. Frank had my best interest in mind and working with UC Health to get surgery and follow up appointments scheduled could not have been easier.
