Came for a service that wasn't actually available
Don't go here. We booked an appointment for our four kids to come in for a specific shot. It was the whole reason we were coming in, and the office knew that.When we got there, the doctor told us that they didn't even give that shot on Tuesdays (the day the office told us they did). The whole reason that we came was never possible, and now we leave with no new appointment (because they don't book appointments when we're there), and none of our kids got what we booked the appointment specifically for. I don't know how errors like this happen. We specifically booked an appointment for this purpose, it was never possible, and we left without them taking any steps to try to fix the error they made. At a minimum, they could have offered us a new appointment while we were there because they screwed up.

Dr Crylak takes her time with her patients and parent(s). Discusses in detail the exam and answers all questions. Wonderful bedside manner Would highly recommend her

Very thorough!
Dr. Cyrlak was very thorough and funny. My kids really enjoyed her personality! She let me ask questions and did not make me feel rushed.

Dr. Rachel Cyrlak literally saved my sons life 7 years ago. She is professional, thorough and amazing with kids. I am so glad I made the switch to her when I did.
