Disappointing Experience with Dr. Rachael Couch
I recently had an encounter with Dr. Rachael Couch that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a new doctor with limited experience, Dr. Couch's lack of clear communication and poor handling of a situation has left a lasting impact on my family.My daughter and granddaughter ended up spending an entire weekend at the hospital unnecessarily, all because of a missed appointment that Dr. Couch reported to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Despite seeing my granddaughter just the Friday before and scheduling a follow-up a month later due to her apparent good health, Dr. Couch decided to report my daughter to DCFS and even went as far as yelling at her over the phone.This ordeal has been incredibly distressing for us, especially considering that all the tests conducted at the hospital confirmed my granddaughter's good health and my daughter's capabilities as a mother.
