Dr Agustines and the entire staff have been very helpful. Dr Agustines was patient, listened and understanding with our daughter. I highly recommend her and this practice.

Extremely disappointed in this entire office and especially Dr Rachel Augustines. They left my daughter high&dry without any communication or follow-up after her appointment. I have called 10X to ask why the prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy yet. And 3 weeks later, she has run out and is desperate. The office won't call me back, the Dr won't call me back. Deplorable!

Rescheduled my appointment 6 months after original appointment date and then tried to reschedule the same day AS I'M LOGGED INTO OUR VIRTUAL MEETING. Did not get in touch with me for over 20 minutes until finally just calling me instead. I spoke with her for a grand total of 10minutes before she hung up and I haven't spoken with her since. I tried multiple times to get back in touch with her for a follow up meeting before giving up. Horrible, wretched woman who has no sense of urgency for the unwell.

Inappropriate, condescending, sarcastic, devoid of compassion, unprofessional, mean-spirited and incompetent psychiatrist in need of a psychiatrist herself. Abusive to patients. Do not recommend for my worst enemy.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF DR AUGUSTINES!!!! These comments relate to the Administrative staff at Florida Behavioral Medicine--- i know that Dr Augustines has a sterling reputation....and my experiences with the counselors/MDs have been positive!! For >10 weeks id been trying to get an appointment for my son; no one answers their phones...voicemails dont get returned promptly--if at all. i had to physically drive up to request an appointment last may!! got the appointment....when we showed up we learned the counselor wouldnt be in [no advance notice]; now just this morning we were told that counselor want taking new clients--even tho we had an appointment LAST WEEK!!!! . the folks i spoke to today couldnt find the relevant insurance information when we tried to find a new therapist.......TOTALLY FED UP--the administrative staff seems incompetent and unprofessional-lost my cool they were so FRUSTRATING!!!

Dr. Agustines was ok... but her office staff were RUDE and unprofessional to us and other patients. Obviously patients are expected to have anxiety and or other issues, but this was overlooked. The phones are rarely answered and we have had to WALK in JUST to actually speak with anyone!

Dr. Augustines is an excellent child psychiatrist. She listens to our concerns and does not over push medications. If a medication is wrong, she is thoughtful in her approach and vastly knowledgeable on what is right and wrong for the individual patient. We've seen many different doctors over the years, and Dr. Augustines is by far the best we've had.

Very Argumentative and condescending to you when she communicates. She seems very unbalanced in her temperament and interrupts you constantly if you even say one word. She's very defensive and seems to have her own mental health problems. It's not a good idea to have someone like her to seek help from when she is so unbalanced herself. Maybe she's just an unkind person though, not really sure. I've been tolerating her abusive treatment for too long because her office was nearby and I can't drive

At first I liked her a lot, but as time went on she told me I had a sport on the brain and that I was headed toward dementia. None of this has ever been proven. Many times I left her office crying because she would hurt my feelings. My patient advocate insisted I stay with her. No one should leave a psychiatrist's office crying tears of despair.

She's a great doctor, but if it takes repeated phone calls to get a prescription refilled, phone is rarely answered, staff is cold, unsympathetic, ineffective, and no one bothers to even ask if you have enough meds. Kinda makes you wonder if she is a good doctor does she know what the staff is like.
