Dr Kahn took the time to find out the source of my problem and ran every test until she was able to determine the cause.

I have been a patient of Dr. Khan for at least three years. I called for an appointment today but she no longer practices with Dr. Tran in Arlington. If possible I want to continue as a patient with Dr. Khan.

I took my 18-yr-old (Andrew) to see Dr. Khan in March 2021 for continuing issues with an Aug 2020 eye scratch. Dr. Khan accused: "And you are JUST NOW seeking medical attention?!" Uh, no!! Andrew saw a physician in Oct 2020 who prescribed two types of drops, which helped greatly; until Mar 2021, his eye seemed fine. Before even examining Andrew, Dr. Khan stated he most likely had HERPES! Offensive, especially since her exam confirmed what we had said: an unhealed eye injury. She could have eased our minds by sharing with us that healing takes 6-12 months, but she didn't. We were left thinking his healing was abnormally slow. Finally, Andrew was playing video games almost around-the-clock, eating mostly fast food, and sleeping only a few hours a night. I asked Dr. Khan to back me up with him that a healthy diet, 8 hours sleep, and limiting screen time would help heal his eye -- but she sided with Andrew and led him to believe these issues are irrelevant to eye health! Omg!

Dr. Khan is excellent - I've come down with eye infection and she quickly diagnosed it and carefully explained what we were dealing with and made sure I understood. The staff at Texas Eye Physicians are also excellent. I highly recommend.

She is gentle, professional, and patient with a very upset patient. This was my first visit to her but I guarantee it will not be the last! She referred me to a retina specialist a year after I had cataract surgery that left me seeing worse than before. It has been more than a year after she made that referral - I have been treated for macular degeneration (which she discovered) and am now ready for glasses!! I will be going back to her ASAP.
