Dr. Quynh-Thu Doan, MD

I heartily recommend Dr. Doan to women of all ages. She is an extremely caring doctor, going way above and beyond the point where other doctors gone to help me in the past. I came to her with some very odd issues and she patiently worked through all of them until she was able to give me all the answers I needed.

Very sad to hear how this office has changed. I recommend Dr. Doan to someone, as she has been very pleasant to me for several years. I now would not recommend this office to anyone. The person that I recommended to the office, got to the office 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. The receptionist said her appointment was canceled because she had not logged into the patient portal. Apparently they have a policy now that if you do not update your patient portal information 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. She said she can fill out any necessary information, as she is 30 minutes early and there was nothing to update. The receptionist said that was not acceptable and not their policy. She was then charged for being a “no show”. She doesn’t remember seeing this stated anywhere and certainly doesn’t remember the office stressing the importance of logging into the patient portal.

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst bedside manner! My baby had a long list of medical problems. Large hole in heart, cleft pallet, micronathia, not growing and when born hospitalized for 6 months. At birth baby only weighed 3 lbs. At appointments she did not detect any of these problems until last ultrasound appointment she saw the baby was not growing and Induced me early. My baby is now suffering. People are stressing me to report her to the board. Terrible reception. I have go into it with Doan as well she

THEY had wrong location on google maps. I called 10 minutes b/4 2:00 appt from wrong location. They knew I was going to be late. At 2:13 I was parking. They called and cancelled appt I waited THREE months for. Argued w/ me about how google maps was correct - b/c I just somehow ended up at previous location. I went home, screen shot google maps and sent to Dr Doan along with explanation of events and frustration with wasting my time. My account is now with collection agency billed as a "no show"

I HAD an appointment but couldn’t see the doctor today because I hadn’t printed out my own patient forms at home! I thought I was updating all the info they wanted when I updated my patient portal on line, but no. The receptionist refused to print the forms for me and watched me leave. I have loved Dr. Doan’s care for several years but I’m done with her office’s nazi policies. This isn’t the first time I’ve been infuriated with her staff. It’s just the last time. Goodbye doctor.

This review is in no way towards the doctor. Called to let the office know I was worried about what health effects that were happening. I was told they couldn't help me because they didn't take my insurance. I told them I did private pay last time. The woman on the phone informs me that they couldn't help me because they don't take the insurance, and that they couldn't do private pay, even though they did it the past 2 years. Needless to say the staff makes you feel like your a bother to them

Worst Doctor ever!!! Dr Doan's very irresponsible and material Doctor during the time I was pregnant. Never responded on patients' concerns as well. In my week 36 of last ultrasound, I was told that there was a knot in my umbilical cord, so she put myself in C section to make extra money for herself through my pocket and insurance while there wasn't. My baby was in the right position and she was supposed to be delivered in a natural way. Dr Doan gave us a very hard time of being afraid of losing

Dr Doan is very knowledgeable and very thorough. The things that bothers me, the staff weren’t friendly at all, it started at the front desk all the way in the back. I’m also not comfortable writing my credit card number, exp date and security code, the office manager said it’s required, just in case I miss appointment and they can charge me. It just bothers me. Hopefully their records are locked up and no one can still the credit card number. I just didn’t fell right about the clinic staff.

Dr.Doan is great at making you feel comfortable and she truly cares about her patients. She spends time getting to know you in order to provide the best course of treatment. She goes above and beyond just medical care. Definitely recommend.
