Worst ever!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst dr patient experience that I’ve ever had in my life. Did not introduce himself or make eye contact throughout the entire appointment. Refused to answer questions & very hostile. I had to ask him to please speak to me in a respectful way & he refused. Very VA & the whole interaction was very traumatizing. I’ve been on daily pain meds for over 6 years & he wants me to detox in 1 month & did not even list the instructions on the RX to guide the tapering dosage.

Dropped As A Patient For Asking A Question
My daughter saw Dr. Tran last week for pain management. Though polite, Dr. Tran seemed hesitant to treat her, citing age as a concern for prescribing medication stronger than NSAIDs. He ordered an MRI for MS and scheduled a follow-up. After a severe flare-up, my daughter went to the ER, where she received a lighter narcotic and was discharged. Using the practice's online dashboard my daughter requested similar medication from Dr. Tran's office, but his response was dismissive, again citing age as a barrier. When she asked why the ER could prescribe the medication but he couldn’t, Dr. Tran rudely responded in the third person with 'Recommending patient for discharge since she disagrees with treatment.' He couldn't even bother to speak to her like an actual person. He also canceled her follow-up and is refusing to review the MRI that he ordered, stating results would be mailed. We have screenshots of the dashboard messages and will be filing a formal complaint with the practice.

He paid attention in med school.
Dr. Tran is a very intelligent and talented physician. He explains things in detail, answers questions, and shows an interest in the lives of his patients. His staff is patient, and caring, but professional.

Dr. Tran
Everyone was courteous and helpful. Dr. Tran listened carefully to my concerns, then gave me a choice of treatment to begin reducing pain issues. He also ordered new X-rays of spine for latest issues. We will discuss alternate treatments as he and I evaluate pain levels, either with or without improvement of current meds he has prescribed. I was apprehensive at first visit, but left with hope for a better quality of life with Dr. Tran's help.
