initial surgery was great. Everything after that was not. My health is at risk due to his recklessness. He doesn’t document well. My post op apt he kept rescheduling until the nurse finally told me I didn’t have to come in if I wasn’t having any issues. I really doubt they would tell me that if he didn’t say to. The issue is back, I went to him 2 more times after surgery. He didn’t want to do surgery again because he was worried about scar tissue. So after a bunch of issues stemming from this (unaware until the end of sept 2024), I went to a different liver specialist and he’s concerned why he didn’t take care of this issue. My quality of life and all of these other issues could have been prevented. Please do your research.

A Real Life Saver
Dr. Chaudhry literally saved my life when I had pancreatic cancer. With only a 1 day notice after i entered the emergency room, Dr. Chaudhry performed the 8 hour complex Whipple Procedure on me. The ER doctor told me that Dr. Chaudhry is the only doctor in Iowa that could perform this procedure. The surgery was followed by 7 months of chemotherapy (which is a complete nightmare). Two and a half years later and my scans are clean and I am 'normal.' Dr. Chaudhry checked in on me every day in the hospital including Saturday and Sunday mornings. Dr. Chaudhry and his Residents gave me my life back and I would trust him with any future surgery without question.

Dr. Chaudhry, is an Amazing Doctor ! I have had a big hemangioma on my liver for 8 years it keep growin finally to 10 cm . I went to dr. Chaudhry and he saved my life. His staff is first class and he is a kind and caring man who takes an interest in his patients. Couldn't say enough!

Dr. Chaudhry, performed surgery on our daughter Stephanie two weeks ago for Pancreatic Cancer which was a nine hour surgery. Because of the cancer he had to remove her pancreas, gallbladder, spleen, and most of her stomach. Dr. Chaudhry is truly blessed as a surgeon as Stephanie is at home now and progressing very well. This great surgeon would not give up on our daughter and told her he would not stop until he had all the cancer out. His calm demeanor and straightforwardness was appreciated.
