Not very compassionate which is not a deal breaker but does not listen fully to concerns. Also, this practice will nickel and dime you to death

Chose Sanghvi as my new Dr because I relocated to North Tx. Knowing my medical records and history, I answered the questions with the nurse that checked me in. Being a new patient, she did not have my records yet and when she reviewed my info. she became irate that I dare list 'diagnosed illnesses' that she didn't have proof of yet. Basically letting me know she didn't believe me. It was really strange. She raised her voice, made some very snide remarks and told me she didn't have time for me (she was only in the office with me about 10 minutes). Also, she refused to write me a Dr.'s note for work. Overall, considering none of my information was out of the ordinary and I was only seeking medical help for typical symptoms of illness, her response and behavior was shocking and extremely unprofessional. I would avoid this Dr. at all cost. Check reviews elsewhere too.

Dr. Purvi Sanghvi came into the exam room with her mind made up of my medical conditions (based off a list my prescriptions). When she was wrong (as the staff had written down the wrong medications) she still made assumptions and did not hear me. She “had” all the answers. She does not believe in vitamins, testosterone, pain meds etc. ,and debates the medications that specialist have prescribed. She spent little time looking at my lab results…even those representing significant improvement. She dictated her assumptions to me. She advertises that she is a Doctor of the World; however, she afforded me zero opportunities to discuss the progress made. She treats from the negative. After my accident, I spent years in rehab…not once did she listen to where I was & see the tremendous progress. She acted like All of my conditions were ASSUMED to be self-inflicted with only 1 possible explanation. She zaps any hope & drive to continue to improve as she quizzes for suicidal thoughts.

Tasha at front office has no spirit to help. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this office. Unless they recruit more professional front office staff.

The staff at this office is so rude and unprofessional. Never willing to help. Tasha from front office should be fired. She has no spirit of help!The medical supply store has been trying to get hold of the office for months, but she was not helping giving a release! My mom had to stay without insulin and diabetic supplies for 90 days!! Very prejudice!!!

My parents were her pt. She don’t listen and always condescending. Not sure why she shows up to work but she is not right fit. Me and my family agrees that’s she didn't listen or answer questions. She starts blaming my parents without listening what they have to say.There is no right for her to get angry at their patients but she would do that during multiple visit. Hate to say negative things about her but she got to know how she is perceived and what other patients needs to be aware of. Always rushed appointments and makes you feel uncomfortable! We changed her as MD and it’s been few months, we are very happy.

My parents were patients of Purvi Sanghvi for years. From the very start, I was not thrilled with this doctor and I tried many times to talk them into changing to another internist. This doctor does not believe in pain medicines, anxiety or sleeping pills. Grant you, she did mentioned this to my parents upfront when they went to her initially, and why they still wanted to stay with her is beyond me. She ended up stopping my mom’s pain meds - abruptly - without phasing them out so she could get acclimated to the pain. What kind of insensitive doctor does this to an elderly woman? When my parents went on appointments, they would tell me the way this doctor would talk down to them….Purvi Sanghvi treated and chastised my parents like children. Of course, whenever we accompanied my parents to these doctor visits, she was very professional. My parents routinely went for comprehensive check up and blood work throughout the years. I have been going to Dr. Sanghvi for the past 5 years. She is very easy to talk to, considerate, compassionate, and patiently addresses all my concerns. Her clinic is spotless and the staff is very helpful.

Almost no wait. They seem to care about their patient's time as well. Dr. Sanghvi's knowledge is top-notch. She cares about her patients. Friendly and professional staff. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Sanghvi is one of the few doctors I have had who really seems to care about her patient. She may not necessarily say what you want to hear, but will tell you what her true professional opinion is. She was very professional and friendly and her staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will need to ever change my doctor again..!

I had a great experience with Dr. Sanghvi and her staff during my visit. she was very through, great bed side manner, she listened to all my concerns and she addressed those as well. I would definitely refer my family and friends to her. Her staff was very helpful as well.

I have in fact already recommended Dr. Sanghvi to someone, and will confidently do so again. I am a nurse, and I am very picky. Dr. Sanghvi is a thoughtful, wholistic practitioner who sees me as a whole person, in my own situation, and considers all aspects that I share with her. Even her patient teaching about a bad habit I have was kind, understanding and it was easy to engage with her.

Dr Sanghvi is very thorough and explains everything in great detail. She is very personable and takes time with you I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring thorough Doctor.

The customer care and service was one of the worst I had ever experienced. I was released after one visit with no explanation after paying approximately 200 copay. Basically paid her to give my health information about me. Had to beg for basic medicine which only was given 30 days when requested 90 days. This was a bad PCP choice based on service received.

I called and made and appointment for a physical. During the appointment I asked about doing the physical and she told me I had to come back for that. I inquired about the visit payments. I was informed most insurances cover the “physical” and will pay for that. I was also informed that I had to pay to come back in for the results. She planned on charging me for 2 visits and Cigna for 1 visit all just to get a physical. Charging a patient 3x for routine physical should be illegal.

Dr. Sanghvi has given me little to no treatment. It is usually very patronizing and she smiles and shakes her head and says there is not wrong. It never seems like she truly believes me and if she gives me something then it's nothing and on my way. I have gone to my allergist to get further treatment and done therapy at the gym for my shoulder. Now, she tests me for flu since my son has it, says it's negative, go to another dr and sure enough it's the flu. Waiting for But did you die?!
