My son was four days old and had a low temp at his pediatrician appointment and we were sent back to be evaluated and make sure he was okay. He showed no other signs of anything going on. This “doctor” if that’s what you want to call her wanted to do an immediate spinal tap, catheter, full panel blood draw. I agreed to blood work only as that will show further signs of infection or anything else. I asked to speak with L&D as they just sent us home the day before. She proceeded to tell me that my child was the sickest in the unit and he needed all this intervention. I declined and asked again to speak to L&D. Our doctor that was still on from day before had us come straight upstairs and all my son needed was to be under the heat lamp and bundled up for a few hours. He was premature, had a rough c section and just couldn’t keep his temp regulated on his own. Grover ignored me and wanted to make sure she checked all of her boxes instead of doing what was best for my son. Do not recommend

This doctor spent less than 30 seconds with us after a long wait. It didn't seem like she knew how to communicate with a child at all. She didn't ask a question or check my him otherwise. She read xray results and left. Would not recommend.
