Dr. Puneet Kaur, MD

I had to choose Dr. Kaur as my primary care physician because there was no PCP in Sacramento, CA from Kaiser. I am a new member to Kaiser Permanente. The ONLY visit to Dr. Kaur's office turned into a nightmare. First of all, I told her about my disability, she put on reasonable accommodation form that my conduction lasts for 1 year, which is un-factual and simply a joke. Secondly, I was completely healthy, the ONLY visit Dr. Kaur's office by driving more than 30 minutes made me contracted viral (Flu or COVID) infection in her closed indoor room while I was seeing her - sent me to Urgent Care within 48 hours. When I was under prescription, I called Kaiser Permanente to get an off work note, she can't even issue an offwork note properly. I was seen at urgent care within 48 hours right after contracted virus in this unprofessional uncaring Doctor's office and she cannot even issue an off-work note properly. The entire experience was absolutely a disaster. Run away! Choose someone else!

She does not read her nurses notes. Incredibly condescending - she actually laughed at me. It was traumatizing. I was sick for about 3 months and she would not excuse me for time off work. This woman should not be a doctor. I wish I read reviews before seeing her.

Condescending attitude while describing my illnesses and concerns. Laughing and batting your eye lashes was most surprising. I wish she didn't treat me this way. All I wanted was help from my doctor and she never answered my question by email. The MA sent a generic message about confidentiality??

She’s horrible. Do not have her as a doctor. She rushes you, never see’s you. She can careless. You have to lead her into conversation and most her answers are “I Don’t Know”. She won’t research, rating her a 1 is a compliment. I had an office appointment yesterday and was treated like I had the plague. I tested myself twice knowing I did not have Covid. Her staff stuck me in a so-called isolation room. No one never came in to check my vitals. And even though her office door was right next to the so-called isolation room, she called me on the telephone, and I could hear her voice echoing down the hallway. She asked if I have a temperature and other questions, I tell her how do I know when nobody will come in and check my vitals. I’ve never been more humiliated in my life at a doctors office. She automatically diagnosed me which I had to finally leader into asking what is wrong with me and she says I have bronchitis. Call us in a week if it gets worse and will do further research . Even though I stressed how concerned I was that I was coughing up chunky green stuff with blood. I am so disgusted with her and her office staff the way they handled me. Never again will I use this so called Doctor!!!

She shows disinterest, yawns through appointment, never remembers our previous plan, not personable, and recently invited me to come back next for further discussion because her next patient was here. I have no confidence she will order my meds appropriately because she has messed up multiple times. I would never recommend her.

Dr. Kaur was patient with me, explained everything well, made sure she addressed each of my concerns, and had a generally friendly and helpful style.

Very friendly, informative, and outgoing, explained all questions and subjects very well.
