Poor Front Desk & Answering Service for this Dr.

My insurance plan & also this website stated that Dr. Dy is "accepting new patient". Unfortunately the front desk staff & answering service don't know Dr. Dy, so they said Dr. Dy "does not accept new patient". This is an easy answer that they don't have to search for Dr. Dy in their system, I am hoping Dr. Dy read this message.
